Deposit and Cancellation Policy
For bookings of The Muraka, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation, cancelable up to 30-days prior to arrival. Bookings for the Muraka that fall over the Festive period – between 21st December 2022 to 9th Jan 2023 – would require a 100% deposit, and can be cancelled 60-days prior to arrival before a retention charge becomes applicable
